The Knights of Columbus have always been dedicated to the development of strong, vibrant families and to strengthen the bonds of families throughout Catholic parishes. In support of this mission and to create an even greater awareness of our many outstanding families, the Knights of Columbus developed the Family of the Month program. As an initiative to support the national Knights of Columbus in the development of strong core families, the Father John Doyle Council #9715 representing Corpus Christi and St. Rosa of Lima parishes seeks to recognize local Catholic families that exemplify the “Christian Family”.
Each month, our Council’s Family of the Month Committee will select one family from either parish that models Christian family values and visibly lives them every day. To be selected, a family must stand out as an exemplary model to others and makes meaningful contributions to their parish. A family member need not be a Knight. The Council’s Family of the Month Committee includes members from both Corpus Christi and Saint Rose of Lima’s parishes.
