Flame of Love Movement at Corpus Christi Church

FLAME OF LOVE MOVEMENT CELEBRATES CORPUS CHRISTI

at Corpus Christi Church June 17, 2017.

The day is centered on Jesus. Enjoy Mass, Confession, Holy Hour, Conference talks, a Youth talk, a Procession, and the congeniality of community. The schedule easily permits participation in all or even part of the day. The GUEST SPEAKERS are from the monstranceSACRED HEART APOSTOLATE, Redemptorist Fr. William Gaffney, CSsR and Gloria Anson, Redemptorist Lay Missionary. Any ministry serving the catholic community including families and youth should attend. Come as an individual devotee or make it an event on your CYO Team social calendar, bring your Men’s Group, Girl/BoyScout troop or Altar Society. The day begins with 8:30am Mass and concludes with Benediction at 2:00 pm. The youth talk is at 10:00 am.

Anticipate this as an opportunity to exalt in praise of Jesus, to be inspired alongside your family or fraternal group and to prepare for the joyful Feast of Corpus Christi; as a great start to the summer.

Change for Life Campaign

Change for Life Campaign Is Underway at Corpus Christi

The annual Change for Life campaign is already underway for 2017.  This event raises critical funds for pro-life charities in our area through our Knights of Columbus Council and Corpus Christi Respect Life Group.  If you didn’t get a baby bottle at mass last weekend, you still have a chance to participate by picking up a bottle this weekend from the bin in the narthex.  If you have already picked up a bottle, please keep putting your daily pocket change in it.  The playpens for returning your bottles will be in the narthex starting the weekend of May 13th and 14th.
Thank you for always being so generous and for your participation.
