Refinancing Announcement

We are pleased to announce to the Parish that our Business Manager together with our Finance Council have successfully refinanced over $2.725 million in debt remaining from the 2006 expansion of the parish center and school, at a fixed interest rate of 4.5%.
The refinancing extended the debt until February, 2027, when the loan will mature in a balloon payment, and reduced our monthly loan payments by $1,461.04 per month.
The new lender is Harleysville Savings Bank.
